Arriving at the Hospital
Once you have entered the campus, follow signs directing you to the North Parking Deck. We welcome you to use the free valet service or park in the deck.
Your first stop will be Admitting. Once entering that main entrance (through the revolving doors) main admitting will be off to your right. If you are parking in the North Parking Deck, there is an information desk right inside the entrance to assist you to admitting.
What to Bring to Admitting?
- Insurance card/information
- Legal Guardian (if patient is under 18)
Most procedures ask that you arrive between an hour and a half and two hours early. To verify when you should arrive, ask your doctor’s office when you call to confirm your surgery time.
Once the Admitting process is finished, you will be directed to your next stop. If you ever find yourself in need of directions, stop at any concierge desk for assistance.
