Spiritual Support

At OSF Little Company of Mary, we understand the importance of spiritual support and pastoral care in the healing process. The support of family, friends, faith communities and religious practices become even more important in times of illness.

Our clinically trained Pastoral Care Team is available 24 hours a day to provide spiritual and emotional support to our patients and their families as well as our Mission Partners, regardless of faith tradition.

Chaplains are ordinary people, full of compassion, highly trained in numerous roles. Chaplains are great listeners, providing confidential, non-judgmental safe space. If you choose and with your consent, our Chaplains will gladly contact your faith community to support you.

As a Catholic health care system, we provide for the sacramental needs of our Catholic patients, including Holy Communion, Anointing and Reconciliation.

We offer regularly scheduled Masses in our chapel. Our chapel is also available for private prayer and reflection.

Compassionate Care

Health and healing involve the whole person – mind, body and spirit.

Our Chaplains are integral members of your health care team and come from a variety of faith backgrounds, ministering to all who seek reassurance and comfort.
