Spiritual Support

As part of the OSF Saint Anthony's health care team, we are dedicated to serving you by assisting you with your spiritual needs. Pastoral Care staff visit many of the patients at OSF Saint Anthony's Health Center. Although the Pastoral Care team is comprised of priests and sisters, we are here to serve all regardless of denomination.

Our staff is available to give spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families. Some patients may prefer to talk to their own pastor or minister, and we would be happy to contact them for you. To Catholics who are able to receive the sacraments, we provide Holy Communion, Confession and Anointing of the Sick. In cases of emergency, we will administer Baptism to infants. To adults who are interested, we provide information about Baptism.

Chapel Services

The main Chapel at OSF Saint Anthony's Health Center is located on the first floor and is open 24 hours a day. Daily Mass is offered there at 6 a.m. (Monday through Saturday), and 6 a.m. (Sundays and Holy Days).

Adjacent to the main chapel is the San Damiano Adoration Chapel, which is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Anyone is welcome to visit either of the Chapels.
