OSF HealthCare Saint Clare Medical Center offers care to help keep people up and active. OSF Saint Clare Wound Care, coordinated by Candis Albrecht, RN, will provide care for those with non-healing wounds.
OSF Saint Clare Wound Care uses the latest advances in wound care therapy to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of wounds.
Together with Candis Albrecht (RN, BSN, and Wound Care Coordinator), our providers approach the healing process using a wide variety of advanced procedures including dressings, compression therapy, skin substitutes and nutritional assessment, ultimately assisting and accelerating the healing process.

Yes. If you have wounds that are non-healing and may require specialty care, you should contact your primary care provider or visit OSF PromptCare to determine if a referral to OSF Saint Clare Wound Care is appropriate.
Regular hours:
Tuesday and Thursday: 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Depending on the unique needs of each patient, treatment is available seven days a week. Candis has flexible availability for treatment development Monday-Friday.
The clinic is located on the third floor of OSF Saint Clare Medical Center, exit left off the elevator in Ambulatory Care.
Diagnostic and therapeutic services provided by laboratory, radiology and medical rehabilitation are convenient and close to the clinic.
OSF Saint Clare provides patients around-the-clock coverage to ensure continuity of orthopedic services and care.
