OSF St. Joseph Medical Center has a process to inform patients of their right to file a complaint, to promptly investigate and resolve complaints, and to respond to them in a timely manner.
Patients, patient representatives, family members, and visitors at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center are encouraged to express their concerns and grievances to hospital personnel without fear of retribution or compromised care.
The Patient Advocate has the oversight of the process to resolve complaints and grievances.
