OSF Center for Health in Streator is an outpatient facility that has a freestanding center where emergency services are available 24/7.
Since 2016, OSF Center for Health has delivered outpatient services to the Streator community.
OSF Center for Health was created to serve the rural health care needs of the community. Through the use of technology, you’re ensured access to a wide range of health care resources.
And if needed, you have convenient access to hospital care at OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa, so you never have to travel far to get comprehensive care. You also have access to community health resources through our many partnerships in the area.
