While we do not currently accept vision insurance, we are happy to offer a 20% discount on a complete eyeglass purchase (lenses and frames). You can also ask our knowledgeable staff about an out-of-network reimbursement option. No matter what your price point is, you'll find affordable options.

Where can I get my child’s eyewear adjusted or repaired?
Our optical clinic offers many types of repairs and adjustments, many that can be performed on-site.
How long does it take for my child’s eyeglasses to arrive?
Our team will order your eyeglasses the same day you purchase them. We typically receive them in 5-10 business days. We’ll call you when they arrive so you can stop in at your convenience to get them fitted and so we can ensure you are happy with your purchase.
How do I keep my child’s glasses clean?
For every eyewear purchase, you’ll receive complimentary cleaning spray, a lens cloth and an eyeglass case to take home, as well as care instructions.
Do you offer eye exams in the clinic?
At OSF Children’s Hospital, our team of specialized pediatric ophthalmologists do not perform routine pediatric eye exams, but typically see patients with more specialized eye needs. However, our optical clinic accepts any prescription for eyewear that your child may have received from an outside eye clinic or office.
Is there a warranty available on the glasses I purchase?
Yes, we offer a warranty which will cover scratches, chips and breaks in the lenses.
