Patient Financial Services/Customer Relations
OSF Saint Katharine Patient Financial Services/Customer Relations Director, Andrea Cook, advances communication between the patient and OSF Saint Katharine in order to continually improve the patient experience. Andrea serves as a liaison between patients, families, hospital, and medical staff in order to promote patient satisfaction.
As Director of the Patient Financial Services/Customer Relations Department, Andrea supports patients and their families with an emphasis on neutrality, collaboration, and problem resolution.
She believes in respect for patients and for patients’ right to control their health care decisions, that their dignity shall never be compromised, that caring and compassion are key, and that education and information are vital to informed healthcare decision making.
Andrea serves as the point of contact for organization-wide complaints, grievances, and compliments and is available Monday through Friday by calling (815) 285-5525.
