OSF MyChart is an easy, confidential way to access your medical information online – check lab results, request appointments, message your health care provider and get prescription refills. OSF MyChart uses secure technology, so messages sent to and from your provider are confidential.

When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. You will need to bring your driver’s license, insurance cards and a list of any medications or supplements you are currently taking.

The first visit can take a little longer. You will meet your nurses, who will educate you on your treatment and lifestyle adjustments. Depending on your type of cancer, you might watch an educational video. In addition, some treatments require pre-medications.

Some medical oncology treatments can take several hours. We supply reading material, snacks, drinks, warm blankets and pillows but feel free to bring your own. We can order you and a guest food from the cafeteria if your treatment is during lunch.
