Our volunteers provide a variety of support services, donating over 27,000 hours each year, and an annual gift to the hospital, averaging $30,000.
Services to the hospital include hospital escort, mail sorting and delivery, gift shop, information desk, dietary assistance, sewing projects, community health projects, and outpatient host/hostess.
In 1953, the Monmouth Hospital Auxiliary was organized by the Monmouth Business and Professional Women's Club. The principal objective of the group was to provide additional service to patients in the hospital. A secondary objective was to assist the hospital financially.
In 1970 the membership was open only to women interested in the hospital. In 1985, the first man joined the Auxiliary. Their role was principally gardening.

Individual membership is open to any person interested in the objectives of the OSF Holy Family Auxiliary.
The annual dues of active members shall be $3.00 per year. Annual dues of supporting members shall be whatever amount the member may wish to contribute, or a minimum of $10.00.
Lifetime membership dues are a one-time payment of $100.00.
Students, including high school and college, will not be assessed dues.
