OSF Holy Family is located in Monmouth, Illinois, and is part of the 16-hospital OSF HealthCare system. The comprehensive hospital is equipped with 23 inpatient beds to provide care for those in Warren, Henderson and Mercer counties.
Our goal is to transform care, including providing emergency services, general surgery, cardiology, behavioral health and many more services.
With a long, committed history, OSF Holy Family has been serving the health care needs of Monmouth since 1897.
