EMG/NCS
An EMG (Electromyogram) and Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) are diagnostic tests used to evaluate the health of your muscles and nerves. The EMG involves inserting a small needle into muscles to measure electrical activity, while the NCS assesses nerve function through mild electrical shocks, helping your doctor diagnose and plan treatment for any neuromuscular issues.
