Program Effectiveness

HT graduates from the School of Histotechnology at OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center have achieved a 91% pass rate on the ASCP Board of Certification over the past ten year period. 

The HT program currently has a graduation rate of 100% over the past ten year period. The program attrition rate for the past 10 years is 0%.

Of those pursuing employment after graduation, 100% of the HT program graduates found employment in less than six months.  OSF Saint Francis has hired more than 44% of those graduates during the past 10 years.
