Additional Information

  • This class is open to all medical members and RiverPlex/YMCA members, with or without Silver Sneakers benefits.
  • Classes are 60 minutes.
  • Classes are held in the RiverPlex 1st floor personal training area.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle.
