eCheck-in

Use the eCheck-In feature in your OSF MyChart account to save time and speed up the check-in process when you arrive for your appointments.

With eCheck-In, you can confirm appointments, update your medical history, verify or update your insurance and other personal information, pay your copay and more.

Follow these steps

Starting no more than seven days before your appointment, log in to your OSF MyChart account.

Click the Visits icon at the top of your screen. Scroll to your upcoming appointment and click the eCheck-In button. (Note, the eCheck-In button will not appear until the two-day window before your appointment.) Follow the prompts to update information as necessary, answer questions and complete the check-in process.

Upon arrival

You may receive a text message 15 minutes prior to certain appointment types that will ask whether you have arrived. You will either be notified that you are checked in and can take a seat, or you may receive further instructions to stop at the check-in desk. If you do not have text notifications turned on or do not receive an arrival message prompt, you still need to tell the check-in desk you have arrived. There may be additional paperwork to be completed ahead of your visit.
