Our random drug and alcohol testing program management service uses a computer database to randomly select and record testing rates in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and individual company testing policies.

For those clients that want to utilize OSF substance testing laboratory, OSF is partnered with Alere laboratories. Alere is a SAMSHA certified lab.
OSF Occupational Health is a member of the eScreen Occupational Health Network (EOHN). eScreen® solutions offer a variety of urine testing methods and an electronic results platform to meet the needs of workplace screening programs.
We have the ability to customized drug screen panels to meet your specific needs.
For those clients that are partnered with another lab, we will be glad to be your collection site and/or store the chain of custody on premise.
