Medical Surveillance

We provide a wide range of programs and services designed to support the health and safety of your workforce. One of the key services we offer is Medical Surveillance, a proactive approach to monitoring and managing the health of employees who may be exposed to occupational hazards. Through this program, we aim to identify and prevent work-related illnesses and injuries, ensuring the well-being of your employees and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Hearing Conservation

  • A Hearing Conservation Program designed to protect workers with significant occupational noise exposures.
  • The important elements of the program include baseline audiograms, annual audiograms, training, and follow-up procedures.
  • Noise is one of the most pervasive occupational health problems.
  • Employers are required to measure noise levels; provide free annual hearing exams, hearing protection, and training; and conduct evaluations of the adequacy of the hearing protectors in use (unless changes made to tools, equipment, and schedules result in worker noise exposure levels that are less than the 85 dBA).
