Mission Partner Giving

Every day, Mission Partners like you do incredible work by providing loving care to patients and through the support of one another. All of these actions demonstrate commitment to our Mission of serving others with the greatest care and love.

Mission Partner Giving is another great way to support the Sisters’ Mission. This year-round program helps both patients and fellow Mission Partners in need, and it aligns your passions with the vision of OSF HealthCare leadership to transform the health and wellness of the communities we serve.

All donations support OSF programs and projects, and they help us continue building a culture of philanthropy, which is at the heart of our Mission.

Thank you for all you do for our Ministry and your compassionate giving to help others! See more information about Mission Partner Giving and how to make a donation below.

What is Mission Partner Giving?
Mission Partner Giving (MPG) is how we all come together to make an even bigger difference for our patients, community, and each other. Your donation can make a BIG difference. The OSF HealthCare Foundation’s purpose is to foster a Culture of Philanthropy and encourage Mission Partners to support the Sisters’ Mission to serve with the greatest care and love.

We can make a significant impact when we all live the mission, understand our role, and stand strong together. MPG is our opportunity to help your fellow Mission Partners and strengthen our OSF Team. Your donation helps support the Mission of OSF HealthCare.

All donations go to support the programs and areas you designate with your gift!

Mission Partner Giving continues all year. However, we build excitement through our Mission Partner Giving campaign March 1 – 31.
How do I make a donation?
You can give to Mission Partner Giving in two ways, through payroll deduction or donation of hours within vacation and holiday time.

To make a donation use the form on this webpage.

If you would like to make a gift and submit a paper form with your donation information, please complete the vacation and holiday time donation or payroll deduction form and either email or interoffice mail the form to Jake Sexton in the OSF Foundation office (information listed on forms). Use the links on this webpage to print paper forms.

If you would like to make a gift by credit card, please reach out to the OSF Foundation office (877) 574-5678.
Where does my donation go?
During Mission Partner Giving you can choose the fund designation. Every hospital has an Area of Greatest Need fund. There are also a number of care funds and areas of excellence. All donations go to support the programs and areas you designate with your gift!

*If you make a donation to a local Area of Greatest Need fund, the funds will be placed into an unrestricted, ongoing Mission Partner Giving fund specific to that hospital. Funds are spent at the discretion of the hospital president depending on the project(s) chosen each year and the amount raised.
What if I want to give to a fund not on your list?
If you would like to make a donation to a fund not offered as part of Mission Partner Giving, please complete our standard online donation form and indicate you are a Mission Partner in the comments box.
I already contribute to the Mission Partner Giving program. Is there anything else I need to do?

Thank you, we are grateful for your generosity! If you would like to continue your current payroll deduction without changes, you don’t need to do anything.

If you would like to update the amount you give or the projects/funds you support, please complete either the online or paper payroll deduct form. We will update your record accordingly.

If you would like to add an additional payroll deduction to your current giving, please contact the OSF Foundation office at (877) 574-5678.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my gift or the campaign?
If you have additional questions regarding Mission Partner Giving, or donations in general, please contact Alexis Peck, Annual Fund Coordinator at the OSF HealthCare Foundation.
When does payroll deduction begin and end?

Recurring payroll deduction requests during the Mission Partner Giving campaign will begin in approximately four pay periods if signed up during the month of March.

Payroll deductions made throughout the year, not during the March campaign, will begin within one to two pay periods after submitting the request.

Payroll deductions continue until you decide to cancel. You must submit a written request to the OSF HealthCare Foundation to cancel payroll deduction.

Please note that one-time and vacation and holiday time donations will be processed within one to two pay periods.

Can I donate hours of vacation and holiday time? Are there any restrictions?

Yes. A minimum of eight vacation and holiday time hours is needed to make a gift. These hours will be converted into cash and directed to the OSF Foundation area of your choice.

Your vacation and holiday time donation is the cash value of your vacation and holiday time hours minus taxes and deductions. Employee Authorization is required to make a vacation and holiday time donation. If less than eight hours are designated, your request will not be processed. You must maintain a minimum number of hours in your vacation and holiday time bank.

I prefer to make my donation using a paper form. Who can I contact?

If you would like to make a gift and submit a paper form with your donation information, please complete the vacation and holiday time or payroll deduct form and either email or inter-office mail the form to Jake Sexton in the OSF Foundation office (information listed on forms).
